Refund & Returns Policy
At Trung Duc Tailor, we are committed to your satisfaction. Because each garment is made-to-measure especially for you, our refund and return policy is slightly different from ready-made clothing.
Return & Refund Period
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following:
- Unused and in its original condition (no signs of wear)
- Still has original tags and packaging
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
Note: Because our suits, shirts, dresses, and ao dai are custom-made to your exact measurements, we cannot accept returns for change of mind after the 7-day period.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any item that has been altered or worn
- Custom orders where fabric has been cut specifically for you
- Personalized or embroidered items
- Sale or discounted items
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.
- Provide your order number and photos of the item.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds usually take 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We happily exchange items if there is a manufacturing defect or if the fit needs major adjustment (subject to fabric availability).
Important Note
Because every garment is handmade to your measurements, we strongly recommend coming in for fittings when possible. This helps us deliver the perfect fit from the first time.
